We are so excited to share some amazing news. The Village of Skokie has purchased the property at 4051 Main Street, formerly Taná Dance Center, making it the home of the very first Skokie Winter Farmers Market. The Winter Market hosts vendors both indoors and out, giving space to the vendors we already love and to those new to Skokie.
The Skokie Winter Farmers Market will host two markets each month through April. More details can be found here.
Meetup on Main has been invited to host a booth in support of the market and to continue our mission connecting with the community.
Our activism and efforts have helped to bring about this new phase of Main Street. Powered by your ideas, your involvement, and your hopes for what our community can be, we have made a lasting impact on our little pocket of Skokie.
